eduSched is the schedule management module of eMedley that aids programs in the process of scheduling students into internal and/or external rotations. It supports both manual and automated scheduling, and allows programs to define rules, such as date range, maximum number of students allowed at site, and total number of sessions required of students for each rotation. From there, it uses the rules to place students into their required and elective rotations through thousands of iterations to find the best fit for all students.
eValuate serves as a complete evaluation management and administration system for course, student, preceptor, clinical site, instructor, and other evaluations or surveys.
eKeeper is a centralized documentation management solution to track information required for the accreditation process or just by the program in general. This includes everything from student and faculty immunizations to contracts and agreements with external sites. eKeeper essentially works as a bottomless online file cabinet for all of the documents and files a successful health science program needs to hold onto and access as needed.
